From the Isar to the Neckar
My passion for psychology and art began right on the Isar, in the heart of Munich. I wrote my thesis as part of the Abitur exam on a book fragment by Ingeborg Bachmann and a picture by Francisco Goya: "Existential fear based on Franza's book and Goya's work Kronos".
Since the topic of economics was important to me at the same time, I completed a business administration degree at the LMU Munich and then at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen in marketing and industrial psychology - (again) with a focus on art and this time its impact in the economic sphere (Bachelor's degree). thesis).
What art is to me
Art can have so much impact - both when you look at it and when you create it.
As an artist, I focus on portraits, primarily of women, that tell a strong message, have deep feelings and shine in beautiful colors.
I usually use mixed media based on acrylic and watercolor, fineliners, collage textures - to create the unique portraits.
Sometimes it's muses, sometimes it's customer orders - what's important is the personal, individual view of the portrayed figure, which they can venerably convey to the outside world.
I also show this method in my courses - we learn to transform feelings into art using painting/drawing techniques, art therapy tools and work on a central theme together.
